Welcome to the Holly Hill Neighborhood
The Holly Hill neighborhood is comprised of sixty-six homes spread across Holly Hill Lane, White Pine Court, Nautical Way, Spinnaker Way, and Mistletoe Lane.
The Holly Hill neighborhood is more formally known as Wildewood Neighborhood Three Cluster Number Two Association, Inc. Our neighborhood was founded as a part of the Wildewood Planned Unit Development in the mid- and late-1980s. Holly Hill is governed by a formal Homeowners Association (HOA), formed and operating under the laws of the State of Maryland.
