2024 Annual Assessment — The annual assessment for 2025 is $514.00. Payment is due 29 February 2025.

  • Mail assessments to Wildewood Neighborhood 3, Cluster 2 Assoc, Inc.; 23300 Holly Hill Ln., California, MD 20619 (note that this is not a physical address, just a mailing address.)

  • Deliver to a board member.

  • April 1st 2025, late payment penalties for dues not paid will go into effect. Penalty Fee will be $50.

  • PayPal - Link to Holly Hill PayPal Account

  • Please make sure if using PayPal to ensure the Sent Amount equals $514 because the fees are the homeowners responsibility and not the neighborhood.
