We have an active Board of Directors, whose principal purpose is to manage the affairs of our Homeowners Association. Among their duties is the collection of an annual assessments and disbursement of funds in accordance with our governing documents. The Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the By-Laws, and the Architectural Control Rules are legally binding upon every homeowner and the directors and committee members.

The majority of the expenses paid out of the annual assessments is for trash removal and for maintenance of the common areas. The board of directors is assisted in its duties by an architectural control committee. Board members and committee members are all uncompensated volunteers who own and live within the neighborhood.
